Prenatal yoga, from the comfort of your home. I have been teaching yoga for over 7 years and decided it was finally time to create a prenatal at-home yoga course. This course is designed for pregnant women who are looking to keep their yoga practice throughout their pregnancy. There are different energy-levels of classes, so you can pick and choose what fits with how your energy is that day. Every body is different and every pregnancy is different, so listen to your body as you move through each flow. As always, check with your healthcare provider or midwife before starting a fitness program during pregnancy.
